Lot Administration
Each lot of fruit has specific characteristics, moreover it has it’s own value, costing and profitability. To make sure a lot of fruit is traceable throughout the fruit packing process and to enable customers to always have real-time insight in the costing price of a certain lot the Dynamic Agri Lot administration has been designed. This keeps track of all activity (and cost) that took place with a certain lot.

Packing Orders
To handle all customer packing desires an advanced pack order system has been designed. Aimed at ease work and traceability of the fruit used. Since this also integrates with the financial administration all packing activities are relayed to the used lot(s) ensuring the real-time costing price.

Pick Orders and shipments
To make sure order picking is executed in the right way there is extensive order picking functionality in the system and all common shipment documents are supported. Also the system integrates with most common transportation management systems.

Cultivation Contracts
If cultivation is outsourced, all aspects of the specific cultivation order should be recorded. Dynamic Agri software supports this process including, the registration of the contract, the revenue forecast (including history) and the actual yield.
